Return and Refund Policy for Aspect Clothing Company

If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase (whether it be the wrong size, a mistake in the printing, or you just didn't like the shirt), please contact us through email us at [email protected]. You may also contact us through the website by clicking here. Please contact us within 30 calendar days since the time of purchase. You must attach a picture of the receipt from the time of purchase. The shirt must be unworn (if worn, only to see if shirt fits). The shirt must be unwashed and and have original tags and stickers.
If the price of the product changed since the time of purchasing, the original price you paid will be refunded, not the updated price. If you purchased your shirt with a discount code, you will receive the amount back that you paid, but will be able to exchange for a product of equal or lesser value to the original price of the purchased product.
If the product you purchased has a manufacturing problem, please send us an email and attach a clear photo of the entire shirt along with a clear photo of the defect itself. We will be sure to respond within 1-3 business days. Once we receive the defect product, our team will inspect it based on the photos you provided us with. If the problem is deemed by our team as a manufacturing defect, you will receive a full refund or an exchange for a shirt of equal or lesser value.
If your shirt does not fit or you are unhappy with your purchase, email us with what about the product you are unsatisfied about and we will be sure to respond in 1-3 business days. Please make clear whether you intend to return for a refund or a exchange.

You will be refunded for the shipping costs along with the purchase price of the product. Please include all original receipts and packing slips that were delivered along with the shirt and its original tags or the refund will be void (you may keep any stickers you received with product ordered). If deemed void according to our Return Policy, the defect product will be returned back to you within 3-5 business days. If you choose to return the shirt for an exchange, or you would like a full refund, please make that detail clear in the email or contact slip via website. Exchanges are for equal or lesser value only.
We will notify you as soon as we get your package, and your refund will be loaded back onto your credit card or into your Paypal account as soon as we verify if your return follows our Return Policy. If any problems occur during this process we will notify you immediately through email. We will ship back a new exchanged item out within 3-5 Business days (excluding national holidays) if your return is legitimate.
